Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Our apparel and mugs are made-to-order, and our plush toys and calendars are produced in limited runs so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or sizing. Please review the sizing chart in the product images before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

This is the exception that matters. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email us at info@tunameltsmyheart.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. You won't usually need to ship anything back; we'll let you know if we need it.

Non-returnable items
For clarity, this covers everything we sell: made-to-order apparel and mugs, plush toys, calendars, sale items, and gift cards. The damage/defect/wrong-item remedy above still applies to all of them.

Cancellations
Because items go into production as soon as you order, orders can't be canceled once placed.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the damaged/defective/wrong-item cases above. Once we've confirmed the issue, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund, contact us at info@tunameltsmyheart.com.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
