WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE FULFILLED, SHIPPED, & RECEIVED?

Apparel and mugs are made, fulfilled, and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, while plush toys and calendars are packed and shipped directly by the Tuna team. Because these items ship from different locations, orders containing both product types will arrive in separate shipments at different times.

Estimated delivery times:
Apparel & Mugs: 7–10 business days
Plush Toys & Calendars: 5–7 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Please note that our plush toys and calendars are shipped separately from our apparel and mugs. Shipping for plush toys and calendars is calculated based on weight and destination, while apparel and mug shipping rates are provided by our fulfillment partner. Because items may ship from different locations, combined orders may have higher shipping costs than expected.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not at this time. We currently only ship within the United States but we know many Tuna/Phteven fans live around the world, so expanding internationally is something we hope to offer in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

What is the return or refund policy?

Apparel and mugs are made to order and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review the sizing chart in the product images before placing your order. If there is an issue with your order or if it arrived damaged or defected, please email us at the info email below.

Plush toys and calendars are also non-refundable. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase or if it arrived damaged, please contact us at info@tunameltsmyheart.com and we'll do our best to make it right. Ultimately, we want you to be 100% happy!

Which animal rescue groups are benefitting from my purchase?

A portion of every purchase is donated to multiple no-kill animal rescue groups, shelters, and organizations. At the end of each year, donations are distributed among several carefully vetted organizations, with many selected based on suggestions from Tuna's followers and supporters.

Who should I contact if I have an issue with my order or need to make a modification?

If you have a question or an issue with your order, or if you need to make a modification, please contact info@tunameltsmyeart.com and CC: courtney@tunameltsmyheart.com. Someone will be in touch within 24-48 hours. Changes can be made to an order (ie sizing, varient, design, or an address change) as long as it doesn't go to print, so please contact us as soon as possible.
